3e Summary::Halflings, one of the smaller races, has techniques secret to Halfling communities for dealing with larger opponents; Specifically attacking there nuts.

Prerequisite: Halfling,

Benefit: Halflings suffer no penalties from called shots to the nuts

Special: Due to not everyone having testicles this feat only applies to those of the male gender.
