A basic humanoid puppet, Mizuki vaguely resembles the shinobi that created it of the same name. While weak on its own, it is intended as a toolbox diversifier than a major part of his skillset, and its chakra emitters allow him to cast genjutsu, befitting his underhanded nature. |
