3e Summary::Master the Super Saiyan state to eliminate its drawbacks.
Prerequisite: Super Saiyan feat, Saiyan or Half-Saiyan race, Character level 60
Benefit: When you enter the Super Saiyan state, you no longer gain exhaustion levels after the state ends, and there is no cooldown period before you can enter the Super Saiyan state again.
Normal: Without this feat, entering the Super Saiyan state causes 1 level of exhaustion and has a 1-hour cooldown.
Special: You must possess the Super Saiyan feat and be a Saiyan or Half-Saiyan to take this feat.

Through intense training and discipline, you have mastered the Super Saiyan state. When you transform, your body no longer experiences the strain and fatigue that typically follows this powerful form. You can enter and exit the Super Saiyan state at will, without any cooldown period or risk of exhaustion, allowing you to maintain your peak fighting capabilities.
