As the metal used in casting becomes loose and liquid-esc, you turn it into 400 gp worth of equipment, with which you become considered proficient in the use of for the duration of the spell. When the spell ends, the equipment immediately liquefies and takes it's original shape.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can create an additional 250 gp worth of equipment, and the material component requires an extra 10 square feet, for every level above 1st.
