This sword is covered in blue glyphs that glow faintly when the sword is held by a spellcaster. While you are holding this sword, you can use it as a spellcasting focus and you have a +1 bonus to your spell attack rolls, spell save DC, and AC. In addition, you can add your spellcasting ability modifier to the damage of your spells that consume a spell slot. You are considered proficient with this sword even if you would normally lack proficiency with it.
