Description

The MA5B Assault Rifle uses M118 7.62x51mm Armor Piercing, Full Metal Jacket Rounds. This ammunition bestows a -2 penalty to the target's defense due to it's high penetration. The most versatile weapon available to the UNSC, the MA5B is adaptable to the extreme and can be outfitted with a number of modifications including sound suppressors, a grenade launcher, standard issue flashlight or more “exotic” ammunition types.

Description

The MA5C is a variant of the MA5B assault rifle, but just as useful. It is burst fire and can only burst fire, however it's burst fire is a 5-shot burst.
