Duration: "Concentration, up to 1 minute"

Swarming, biting locusts fill a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point the Caster chooses 60 feet of them. The sphere spreads around corners. The sphere remains for 10 minutes, and its area is lightly obscured. The sphere's area is difficult terrain. When the area appears, each creature in it must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or A creature takes 14 (4d6) fire damage and 14 (4d6) acid (or necrotic) damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature must also make this saving throw when it enters the sphere's area for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there. The Caster and all of their allies takes no damage and instead regains 14 (4d6) hit points each round in the sphere.
