A cylindrical aura of electricity sweeps around you until the start of your next turn, jolting adjacent foes. Any creature who starts their turn in the electric field must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d6 lightning damage. A creature must also make the saving throw when it moves into the field's space for the first time on a turn.
This spell's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
