Kayak (3.5e Equipment)
Kayak
This 10- to 16-foot long boat is about 20- to 30-inches wide and carries just one medium-sized passenger/pilot. A kayak uses a special kind of paddle with blades on both ends. The pilot uses this to both propel the boat and to steer it. It moves at about 3-3.5 miles per hour. It should be noted that there are many different types of kayaks, including ones that are seaworthy, ones meant for two users, and many others.
