An extremely powerful Soviet shotgun made for suppressing prison riots. This shotgun has a rifled barrel which makes it shoot further and more accurately than most shotguns and it's chambered in 4 gauge, firing rounds three times heavier than typical shotgun shells, so it packs one hell of a punch. A variant exists called the KS-23K with a bigger box magazine that can hold 7 shells, giving it the reload (7 shots) property.
