Inumaki Word "Stop" (5e Spell)

"don't move" (動うごくな ugoku na) or "stop" (止とまれ tomare) completely immobilizes the user's target or any of their attacks.

You speak a one-word command to a target you can see within a cone shape of 60 ft. The targets can be a projectile or any type of action. The target doesn’t move and loses all momentum. A flying target stays aloft, provided that it is able to do so. This will stop any momentum within an attack and any incoming projectiles are immobilized, may also be used to cancel any spell/action someone is actively using/concentrating on. *Must be heard if used directly on something sentient*
