3e Summary::You gain an additional attack with each weapon with the attack roll of -5 to you highest BAB.
Prerequisite: Dex 18, Twin Weapon Fighting, BAB 10
Benefit: Player gets an additional attack with each weapon with a lower attack roll each time he attacks as a full round action.
