While holding this staff, you gain a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your spells. When attuned to this item you gain the following benefits:

Storage. This staff can store a spell of a 5th level or lower, which can be cast from staff as an action.

Shields. This staff has 5 charges, and regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. You can expend 1 charge to cast absorb elements or shield as a reaction.
