The ultimate weapon of the Village Hidden in the Waterfall, a single bottle of hero water is produced once every hundred years by the giant tree covering the village. When drank in its entirety, it massively amplifies the user's chakra.

Price of Power. Each bottle of hero water has 10 charges. When you drink the hero water as an action, you may spend any number of charges to multiply any chakra points you have by the number of charges spent. This increase may extend above your chakra point maximum. After 1 hour, your chakra points drop to 0, and your maximum lifespan is reduced by a number of years equal to the number of charges spent.
