Heavy Words (5e Spell)

You speak enchanted words that weigh heavily on any creatures within a 10 foot sphere centered on a target within range. All affected creatures take 5d6 psychic damage, halved by a Wisdom saving throw. If any creature fails the saving throw it will also be restrained for one round.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, for each level, an additional 1d6 psychic damage will be dealt.
