Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

You target a willing humanoid within range, the targeted creature becomes paralyzed by blue chains that wrap around the creature. While the willing creature is paralyzed, the creature regains 2d8 hit points per turn while paralyzed. The caster can end this early by using an action.
