This open hand is of any race to creatures, being said to have the souls of at least fifty average commoners inside this hand and the fiftieth is said to be a hand of a slightly "above average" commoner.

Average Commoner. While you are holding this hand, you can use an action to make all of your ability scores become 10 for 1 hour. Once you use this property of the hand, it closes into a fist, burns into ash and is destroyed.
