Guest Cloak

Some drow cities hand these out to visitors and demand all non-residents wear them (so outsiders can be easily discerned at a glance). They glow brightly when viewed under [[4e Index (4e Other)#darkvision|darkvision]]. Any non-drow caught not wearing one of these cloaks in some drow cities are usually executed.
