Scream Grenade

When you throw this grenade, it explodes into screams that affect creatures that can hear in radius.

As an action, you can throw a scream grenade at a point up to 60 feet away. Each creature within 15 feet of an exploding scream grenade must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 1d6 psychic damage. On a success, a creature takes half as much damage.
