Grappling Whip (5e Equipment)

This whip has a small hook on the end. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. As an action, you can extend the whip to a point on a solid surface you can see within 30 feet of you. The hook becomes sticky and instantly attaches to that point and remains stuck for 1 minute, using it as a grappling hook. A creature can attempt to pull the whip out from the surface with a DC 10 Strength check.
