Gladiator Beast (5e Subrace)
Shifter Subrace
Gladiator beast shifters are known to be particularly ferocious. They use their shifting to bully prey and opponents with savagery. They are similarly tough, like beasthide, but without any sense and solely thriving on adrenaline. Also unlike normal shifters, the gladiator beast is fully comfortable using tools, even when shifted. True to their name as gladiators, these shifters come out of the natural world, and towards the revelry of new world of bloody sport and civilization.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2
Colosseum Tradition. You gain a +1 bonus to your Armor Class when wearing heavy or medium armor.
Savagery. While shifted, if you hit with a weapon attack, it deals additional damage equal to your proficiency bonus.
