A weapon devised by the Hidden Sand Village, giant folding fans are a typical weapon for shinobi that focus their mastery on large-scale Wind Style jutsu.

The steel fan loses its light property, gains the two-handed property, and deals 1d8 bludgeoning damage.

Each giant folding fan has three dots on its surface, referred to as moons, with each moon dictating how strong the gusts of wind the weapon can create are. You may decide how many moons are showing at the beginning of each of your turns.

While no moons are showing, you gain a +2 bonus to your AC.
While one moon is showing, you may add half your unarmed strike's damage to attacks with this weapon.
While two moons are showing, attacks with this weapon gain an additional +15 feet of reach, and you may add 1/4 your unarmed strike's damage to attacks with this weapon.
While three moons are showing, attacks with this weapon gain an additional +30 feet of reach.
