Gauntlet of the Lightbearer (5e Equipment)

This once belonged to a famous explorer known as Ezreal. This Gauntlet Grants the user of shooting various configurations of light.

Mystic Shot As an action you can fire a blast of light at a creature you choose. You add your Dexterity and your proficiency bonus to the roll. If it hits it does 3d10 radiant damage. The attack has a range of 50ft.

Essence Flux As an action you can fire a shot of sparkling essence in a 5ft. by 20ft. line. Allied creatures gain an extra attack on their next turn and enemy creatures must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save they take 2d10 radiant damage and half on a successful save.

Arcane Shift As an action you can teleport to a destination up to 30ft. away and upon arrival you can fire a weaker Mystic Shot that does only 1d10 radiant damage.

Trueshot Barrage As an action you channel the gauntlet's power into an extremely powerful shot of light. Every creature within a 15ft. by 120ft. line must make a DC 18 saving throw. On a failed save the creature takes 6d10 and half on a successful one. This feature can only be used 3 times a day.
Random Properties. The Gauntlet of the Lightbearer has the following random properties:

  • 2 minor beneficial properties
  • 1 major beneficial property
  • 1 minor detrimental property


Destroying the Gauntlet of the Lightbearer. The only way to destroy this artifact is if a god of light uses their powers to destroy it.
