You utter a string of magical words and a momentary blizzard surrounds the creature that attacked you. The creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 8d6 cold damage and suffer disadvantage on attack rolls against you until the end of its next turn.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 2d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
