You are empowered to attack by the sensation of a weakened enemy.
Prerequisite: Grimlock
Benefit: You can swap one 1st-level or higher Encounter attack power you know for the Frenzied Attack attack power.

| Secondary Attack: Strength +2 Vs. AC. | |
| Hit: 1[W] + Strength modifier damage. | |
