Armor (plate), very rare (major)

This plate mail appears to be made of liquid, and when you put it on, it becomes fluid and flows around your skin. While wearing this armor, you do not have disadvantage on stealth checks, and you may don or doff this armor as an action. In addition, you may add your Dexterity modifier, up to a maximum of 2, to your armor class.
