Flesh Fails (5e Spell)

You touch a creature which becomes a shadow of its former self. Make a melee spell attack. If it hits, the target receives a -4 penalty to strength, a -4 penalty to dexterity, or a -2 to constitution.

If you have mastery of the Touch of Twilight path, you may instead cast this spell at a range of 30 feet.
