Flames of Phlegethos

Prerequisites: Tiefling
You learn to call on hellfire to serve your commands. You gain the following benefits:

  • Increase your Intelligence or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
  • The first time you roll a 1 on a damage roll with a fire spell each turn, you may reroll the damage die. You must use the new roll.
