You weave yourself into a cloak made of fire. Each creature that ends its turn within 5 feet of you must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d8 fire damage.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for every two slot levels above 1st.
