When this bright red flower is touched, it vanishes, and the creature who touched it gains the following effect until it either takes damage or finishes a long rest.

You can cast eldritch blast, using Dexterity as your casting ability. A hit deals fire damage instead of force, and on any critical hit the target is ignited.
