Fate's Finality
8th-level

You call upon the fates to seal the destiny of a creature you can see within range. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw or be cursed for the duration of the spell. While cursed, any attack roll, ability check, or saving throw they make is at disadvantage. Additionally, if they die while cursed, their soul is unable to be resurrected by any means.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of Xth level or higher
