3e Summary::A good alchemist knows how to draw quickly
Benefit: This feat allows the alchemist to draw his transmutation circles much faster than normal. Small and Tiny Circles take a Swift Action to draw, and may be activated as part of this action, Medium Circles now take a standard action to draw, Large Circles take 2 Rounds to draw, and Giant Circles take 2 Minutes to draw.
Normal: Drawing circles takes much longer
