Eye of Foresight

Prerequisites: Wisdom and Dexterity 15 or higher
You've been given or born with a pair of watchful eyes, you can predict the next move of any creature. But, are you fast enough to dodge it?

• You know the next move a creature is going to make, regardless of it being harmful or not.
• If you are the target of a Melee or Ranged weapon attack and has a lower Dexterity than your opponent, they have disadvantage on attacks against you. Additionally if your target of a Spell that has a Dexterity saving throw you roll it with advantage.
