Essence Siphon (5e Spell)

You tear a creature's vitality from their body, and use it to bolster your own. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 14d6 necrotic damage, and you regain hit points equal to half the amount of necrotic damage dealt.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, the damage increases by 2d6 for each slot level above 6th.
