4e Power Usage::Encounter  Arcane, Force, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action Close burst 3
Requirement: Invoke Cost: Stone, Spread
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 3d10 + Charisma modifier force damage.
Miss: Half damage
Augment: Focus

Effect: Change the range of the power to Close Burst 2. Additionally, the burst creates a zone of difficult terrain that lasts until the end of your next turn.
Hit: 3d10 + Charisma modifier damage and the target is knocked prone.
