Dynamic Weapon Master

You've become experienced with weapons that shift and shed their forms and are able to quickly utilize those properties in the midst of combat. When fighting with such weapons, you gain the following benefits:

If a weapon normally requires an action to transform, activate, or appear in your hand, you can have it do so as a bonus action.
If a weapon normally requires a bonus action to transform, activate, or appear in your hand, you can have it do so freely once per round either on your turn or as part of an attack you would make with it.

Design Note: The following are examples of weapons meant to benefit from this feat:

summoning your weapon to your hand from the pact of the blade
activating or deactivating a sun blade
transforming a rod of lordly might.
