Dwarfism

Prerequisites: Any medium-sized race, and your height must be equal to, or lower than 3 feet.
You are smaller than most folks of your race, and you are able to use this to your advantage. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Dexterity by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Your size considered small.
• You can move through the space of any creature that is of a size larger than yours.
• You lose 5ft of movement speed.
