Dual Dance [General]

3e Summary::You're able to dance in a way not many can.
Prerequisite: Dancer, Dex 15
Benefit: Dual Dance allows a dancer to simultaneously use two different dance abilities for half of the time the dance usually allows you to.
Normal: You can use only one dance ability for the normal amount of rounds.
Special: Two dance abilities can be used at once for half the normal amount of rounds.
