Bubbles of black acid sizzle at the edge of this greataxe. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made using this magic weapon.
While you are holding this magic weapon, you can use a bonus action to attempt to inspire dread in a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become filled with dread. While a creature is filled with dread, bubbles of black acid form on its skin, and it can't move more than 5 feet on its turn. When you attack a creature filled with dread with this magic weapon, it deals an additional 1d8 acid damage on a hit. A creature filled with dread can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
