As part of this attack, you may move up to half your base movement speed (rounded down) and make a melee attack with this sword against a target. On missing this attack, the target of this attack may make an opportunity attack against you. In addition, after you use the movement and make this special attack, if you did not make an attack against a creature, you fall prone
