You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made using this magic weapon. As a bonus action, you can cause the rapier to emit bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet. You can use another bonus action to end the light.
This magic weapon has 3 charges. While holding the weapon, you can use an action to expend 1 charge to touch another creature. The target regains 2d8 hit points. In addition, the touch removes all diseases and neutralizes all poisons afflicting the target.
The weapon regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn.
