This greataxe has a hollowed-out hole near the blade with a magical green fire inside. One side of the blade is white, while the other is black.

Dispelling Strike. This magic weapon has 10 charges and regains 1d10 expended charges daily at dawn. You can expend one charge to cast counterspell at 5th level as a reaction. You also gain a +2 to attack and damage rolls with this weapon.
