3e Summary::Your strikes channel the heat and fury of the sand-filled realm, cutting into even those immune to flame.

Prerequisite: Initiator Level 21st

Benefit: A creature with this feat ignores fire resistance for the purpose of dealing fire damage with a Desert Wind strike also, such strikes deal half damage against creatures normally immune to fire damage.
