Destructive Smite [(Epic)]

3e Summary::Your Smite attack has a chance to slay your foes.

Prerequisite: Great Smiting, CHA 25

Benefit: Upon landing a successful smite attack, your target must make a Fortitude Save (DC: 10 + 1/2 your Character Level + your Charisma Modifier) or be instantly slain/

Normal: Your smite attacks simply deal damage.

Special: The benefits of this feat apply even to foes immune to critical hits or death effects.
