The caster manipulates Cryo to create one of the following effects in a 5-foot cube within range:
- Frost forms on objects within the area.
- The temperature inside the area drops by 10 C.
- Water within the area freezes.
- The ground within the area becomes slippery for 1 minute. The first time each turn a creature attempts to move in or out of the area, they must succeed a Dexterity saving throw against your Spell Save DC or fall prone.
- One creature within the area must succeed a Dexterity saving throw against your Spell Save DC or be afflicted with Cryo energy, leaving them with a Vulnerability to thunder damage for 1 minute.
