| Components: | V, S, M (a vial of tears) |
| Duration: | Instantaneous |
You extend your hands and emit an invisible wave of crushing despair that dampens the spirits of those caught in it. Each creature in a 30-foot cone must make a Wisdom saving throw. If a creature fails the save, they are overwhelmed with despair for 1 minute. If a creature overwhelmed with despair has 2 or fewer levels of exhaustion, they act as if they have 3 levels of exhaustion. At the end of an affected creature's turn, they can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on themself on a success.
