You play a fast-paced song of your making, each creature in range gains 15 ft of extra movement speed and twice per usage of this spell, a creature can cause disadvantage on any attack roll against the attacker.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher the speed is increased by 5 ft every other level up
