Effect, or Area:	Whichever corpses or undead are seen by the Mindclaine
Duration:	Until the psionicist cancels it
Saving Throw:	Will for sentient undead; no save for others
Power Resistance:	No
Power Points:	15/round

This power immediately soulcleaves every single body that the Mindclaine can see. This prevents the body from being raised by necromancers. Non-thinking undead like zombies are instantly un-animated, their souls cleaved, while sentient undead receive a saving throw (if they wish to resist). This counts as a soulcleaving by the Mindclaine, so it has the potential to cause Psychism.
