You incant a burning Rune of Hell upon a point you can see within range. This rune has a diameter of 15 feet.
- Any creature, except for those that you choose, become laden with the circle's curse.
Circle's Curse. A creature with the circle's curse takes 1d4 fire damage at the start of each of their turns. This damage cannot be reduced in any way.
- The circle's curse ends when the afflicted creature reaches 0 hit points, or has the remove curse spell cast upon them.
