Circle of Lightning (5e Spell)

You create a circle of crackling energy within range. The effects fill a 10 foot radius around a point you can see.

You and any creatures you specify are unharmed by the spell. When you cast the spell, you may designate a password to make the speaker immune to its effects.
If an enemy touches an object within the circle, they are targeted by a shocking grasp spell. Additionally, a creature that starts its turn in the circle must make an Intelligence saving throw, triggering a Call Lightning spell on a failure. This Call Lightning spell hovers over the center of the circle, and lasts for 10 minutes or until no enemies remain in the area.
Each of these spells uses your spell save DC and attack bonus.
If you cast this spell in the same place every day for a year, you can create a permanent lightning circle.
